For monthly contracts, clients are in charge of paying for fuel and Salik charges.
AED 100 per hour is to be paid for any additional services beyond the scheduled hours.
In the event of resignation or illness, replacement drivers will be scheduled.
The driver’s visa, health insurance, meals, and lodging are all taken care of by Safe Dryver Dubai.
Our organization will handle all fines the driver incurs, with the exception of parking fees.
Contract renewals must be announced five days in advance in order to maintain consistency in pricing and services.
There are no refunds for any payments.
It is completely prohibited to hire our drivers directly, and doing so will result in legal action.
Daily, weekly, and monthly services require upfront payment.
We accept cash and online payments, with a 3% service charge for online purchases.
